Any unused credits remain in your account. When you switch to Pro, you get unlimited inspections on top of any existing credits.
No. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Yearly plans are paid upfront but you can cancel renewal at any time.
On the Pro plan, you can have up to 5 inspectors total — the master account plus up to 4 additional seats at $99/month or $990/year each. On Starter, team members share your credit pool at no extra seat cost. For teams of 6 or more, contact us about our Enterprise plan.
